DPCSage Calculator is a hosted calculator for direct primary care clinics, operated by Matthew Altman, MD. A clinic subscription is $49.00 a month or $490.00 a year, with no setup fee. You can cancel from the billing portal. The public page stays available through the paid period and a 7-day grace window, then shows an unavailable notice.

You are responsible for the fees, links, and claims on your calculator. DPCSage Calculator displays the numbers you enter and the estimate described in the product. It does not review your clinical services, your state rules, or a patient's tax situation.

This calculator is an estimate for education and marketing. It is not insurance, tax, legal, or financial advice, and it is not an offer of insurance. It prices primary care membership against the premium, copay, or self-pay figures you enter. It does not price hospitals, specialists, prescriptions, or emergencies.
