DPCSage Calculator stores clinic account data only: the email you sign in with, the clinic profile you save (name, logo, colors, fees, and contact links), Stripe customer and subscription ids, and one aggregate count of calculator loads per clinic.

Patients do not create accounts. Ages, premiums, copays, and visit counts are calculated in the browser and are not sent to the server. The page-view count is a single number. It is not tied to an IP address, a cookie, or a person. The only cookie is the clinic's sign-in session.

Sign-in emails go through the email provider named in the server environment (Resend, when configured). Card payments are handled by Stripe. DPCSage Calculator does not store card numbers.
