DPCSage Calculator hosts a savings calculator in your clinic's name. Set age-band fees, a family discount, and a cap. Patients compare that with a premium or with what they pay out of pocket. Nothing they type is stored.

Primary care visits are treated as included in the membership. This does not price hospitals, specialists, prescriptions, or emergencies.

IRS Notice 2026-05 (2026) says a direct primary care arrangement can sit alongside an HSA when the monthly fees for all such arrangements are at or below $150.00 for one person, or $300.00 when the arrangement covers more than one person. This note looks only at this clinic's membership fee. It is general information, not tax advice.

This calculator is an estimate for education and marketing. It is not insurance, tax, legal, or financial advice, and it is not an offer of insurance. It prices primary care membership against the premium, copay, or self-pay figures you enter. It does not price hospitals, specialists, prescriptions, or emergencies. Actual costs depend on the household, the plan, and the clinic's current fees. Notes about health savings accounts summarize IRS Notice 2026-05 and are not a determination of anyone's eligibility.

Questions clinics ask first

Do you store what patients type?

No. Ages, premiums, and visit counts stay in the browser. DPCSage Calculator stores the clinic account: email, branding, fees, billing ids, and one aggregate page-view count. There is no lead form and no patient record.

Is the result insurance or tax advice?

No. It is an estimate for a conversation. It compares primary care membership with the premium, copay, or self-pay numbers someone enters. It does not price hospitals, specialists, drugs, or emergencies, and the HSA note is not a determination of anyone's eligibility.

What does the HSA check look at?

IRS Notice 2026-05 says that for 2026, direct primary care fees at or below $150.00 a month for one person, or $300.00 when the arrangement covers more than one person, are not treated as disqualifying coverage. Those amounts are not inflation-adjusted until later years. If a tier is over the cap, your dashboard says so, and patients see a neutral note. The check does not review whether your services meet the notice's definition of primary care.

When does the public page go dark?

It is public while the subscription is active. If a payment fails or the subscription is canceled, the page stays up for 7 days (and through any time already paid), then shows a neutral unavailable notice. Patients do not see billing details.

Can I put it on my own site?

Yes. You get a hosted link at /c/your-clinic and an iframe or script snippet. The embed uses your logo, color, and fees.
